Entrées /sorties= feels weird,There is also a confusion between inputs and entries in French. Both are entrées. I propose to use données as inputs, it also makes more sense etymologically as donnée is given.
I am not sure about probabilité de transition, even in English I don’t know what it means. (I checked it apparently it is used, though not really understandable for lay people)
I propose to start the definition of words without articles (des, un, ...) as it seems to be the traditional way in French dictionary.
